Murilo Sartori sets pool record in the 200 free
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville men's and women's swimming team completed Day 2 of the Louisville Last Chance Meet Saturday at the Ralph Wright Natatorium.
In the 1650 freestyle, Louisville's Paige Kuwata posted a 16:12.19, four seconds faster than last year's invited time. Notre Dame's Maggie Graves posted a B-cut time of 16:16.48.
For the men's 1650, Ilia Sibirtsev touched with a B-cut time of 14:56.62 and John Bossler posted a 15:44.58.
Louisville's Jordan Durocher dropped four seconds to 4:16.35 to grab the B-standard time in the 400 IM while Jackson Millard posted a 4:54.30 .
In the 200 freestyle, Louisville's Denis Loktev touched with a 1:33.06, right under the invited time from last year.
Freshman Karoline Barrett post a B-cut time of 52.50 and ND's Renee Gillilan touched in a B-cut time of 53.51.
In the 200 breaststroke, Louisville's Aidan Keiley touched with a B-standard of 1:54.72 while Ryan Hogan followed with a 2:03.18.
Charlie Crush posted a B-standard time of 46.37 in the 100 backstroke while James Collins touched in 48.59.
In the 50 freestyle, Louisville's Caleb Duncan posted a 20.00 followed by Owen Taylor (20.33) and Robert Ehrenborg (20.52). For the women, Notre Dame's Grace Breeneman touched in 23.20.

SATURDAY PRELIMS
In the 400 IM, Jackson Millard went 3:46.87 for a B-standard, but just shy of last year's invited times. In the women's 400 IM, Jordan Durocher posted a time of 4:20.15.
In the 100 butterfly, Karoline Barrett turned in a 52.45 for a B-cut, with Notre Dame's Renee Gillilan putting up 53.39 to touch second.
In the 200 freestyle, Murilo Sartori set a pool record with a time of 1:32.23, beating Joao De Lucca's mark set in 2014. Denis Loktev posted a 1:33.48 for a B-cut.
Aidan Kreiley went 1:56.93 for a B-cut in the 200 breaststroke with teammate Ryan Hogan putting up a 2:03.93 and ND's Ryan Malicki posting a 2:06.07.
In the 100 backstroke, Charlie Crush put up a B-cut time of 46.58 with teammate James Collins clocking in at 49.16.
Notre Dame's Grace Brenneman went 23.23 in the 50 freestyle. On the men's side, Caleb Duncan shaved .17 off his seed time to go 19.59 for a B-cut. Vlad Dubinin posted a 20.42, Owen Taylor had a 20.70 and Robert Ehrenborg posted a 20.87.
In the 200 butterfly, ND's Megan Deuel put down a time of 1:56.86 for a B-cut and Maddie Luther went 2:06.00.
In the 200 backstroke, ND's Madelyn Christman got a B-cut with a time of 1:56.53.
