
2023-24 Indoor Track & Field Schedule Released

The Cardinals have five home meets on the schedule with the season set to begin on Dec. 2.
LOUIISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville director of track & field and cross country Joe Franklin has announced the 2023-24 schedule for the indoor season.
The Cardinals will open the year with five straight home meets, two of which come on split weekends, with all five taking place at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center.
Louisville will begin the campaign on Dec. 2 with a split between the Commonwealth College Opener in Louisville and the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener in Boston, Mass.
The Cardinals will then resume competition after the start of the new year with the Rod McCravy Memorial Invite on Jan. 12-13 and the Bellarmine Open on Jan. 19 before playing host to the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational on Jan. 26-27.
The team will then split for the first weekend of February with half of the squad staying home to compete in the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic on Feb. 2 and the other half traveling to Albuquerque, N.M. for the New Mexico Collegiate Classic on Feb. 2-3.
Boston College's Eagle Invite will conclude the regular season on Feb. 9-10 while select athletes will travel back to Albuquerque for the USATF Indoor Championships on Feb. 16-17 before the onset of the postseason.
The Cardinals will then return to The TRACK at New Balance in Boston for the final two meets with the ACC Indoor Championships set for Feb. 22-24 before qualifying athletes close out the indoor slate with the NCAA Indoor Championships on Mar. 8-9.
