Men's Track and Field Ranked No. 18 in USTFCCCA National Team Rankings

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville men's track and field team is ranked 18th in the first installment of the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Indoor Track and Field National Rating Index, coming in with a point total of 45.99.
This marks the first time the Louisville men have been ranked nationally since appearing at No. 24 in January 2022 and is the squad's highest ranking since claiming the tenth-place ranking in February 2009.
After completing two competitions thus far this season, the Cardinals boast three athletes with marks in the top-ten nationally. Trey Allen leads the country in the men's high jump with a clearance of 2.27m (7-5.25), while freshman Brion Stephens' mark of 2.20m (7-2.5) stands tied for fifth in the nation. On the track, Cameron Miller's time of 20.77 in the 200m at the Cardinal Classic ranks ninth nationally.
The Cardinals will host the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational this weekend at the Norton Healthcare Sports and Learning Center on January 27-28.
