
Cards Continue to Rise in ITA Rankings

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville men's tennis team continues to rise in the rankings as the team moved up to No. 27 in the latest ITA team rankings.
The ITA team rankings are updated and released every Wednesday.
Louisville (14-6, 6-2 ACC) is coming off an impressive 5-2 road win over then No. 17 Duke on Sunday including Etienne Donnet's 6-1, 7-5 upset over No. 64 Garrett Johns. Donnet is ranked No. 117 in the latest ITA singles rankings. The team also won 6-3, 6-2, 7-5 in all three doubles matches to secure the doubles point against Duke.
The Cardinals will look to continue their strong play this weekend as they face their fourth straight top-25 opponents in No. 23 NC State on Friday at 2 p.m. and No. 7 Wake Forest on Sunday at 1 p.m.
