Saturday's Softball Game at Wooo Pig Classic Canceled

Due to inclement weather in the Fayetteville area, the Arkansas Wooo Pig tournament schedule has been altered with the cancellation of Saturday's game against Kansas. Louisville will now open tournament play on Sunday, when the Cardinals will take on Nebraska and No. 10/8 Arkansas. The Cards will face the Huskers and Razorbacks again on Monday.

Louisville brings a 7-3 overall record into the weekend after a 3-2 performance in Florida's T-Mobile Tournament. The Cardinals opened the weekend with a 10-7, nine-inning win against Villanova and followed with a 10-0 win over Florida A&M on Friday. Saturday brought a pair of losses against top-15 teams with a 9-1 setback at No. 4/4 Florida and a 6-3 loss to No. 14/14 Duke in a non-conference matchup. The Cards bounced back with a 3-2 eight-inning win against Villanova on Sunday.
