LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The University of Louisville swimming and diving team has added two divers to the Class of 2023 as Samm Helmboldt and Rayce Winn have chosen to continue their careers as Cardinals.

Â
"I'm excited to welcome both Samm and Rayce to our Cardinal family," said UofL diving coach Ryan Rogeux. Â "Sammantha Helmboldt excels on both springboard and platform events and is coming off an awesome summer where she made finals at the USA Junior National Championships. Most recently Samm had the opportunity to represent Team USA at international competitions in Sweden where she earned 4 medals in total. She will make an immediate impact for the Cards. Rayce is a well-rounded diver and is coming into the program with a full 10 meter list. I am excited to see his continued development as he gains both collegiate and national competition experience. Both Samm and Rayce will continue our tradition of being a top diving program in the ACC and NCAA."
