
Five Cardinals Earn USA Lacrosse Girls’ High School Awards

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – USA Lacrosse announced that five Louisville Lacrosse incoming freshmen have earned USA Lacrosse Girls' High School Awards.
Bri Lang (Upper St. Clair, Pa./Upper St. Clair), Haley Reeck (Edina, Minn./Edina HS) and Marley Scott (Milton, Ga./Milton HS) were named All-Americans, while Lauren Figas (Parkland, Fla./Marjory Stoneman Douglas) was named the Jackie Pitts Award winner for the Florida – South Atlantic Region. Scott and Tiffany Natoli (Baldwinsville, N.Y./C.W. Baker HS) were named Academic All-Americans.
Lang was named an US All-American and All-Section First Team in 2021 and helped lead Upper St. Claire to Section Championships in 2019 and 2021. Reeck was a two-sport athlete at Edina High School, serving as team captain for both the lacrosse and soccer teams. She was named an Under Armour Midwest All-American, US Lacrosse All-American and First Team All-State. Scott helped lead Milton High School to GHSA State Championships in 2018, 2019 and 2021 and was named Second Team All-State as a sophomore and First Team All-State as a senior.
Figas helped lead Marjory Stoneman to a district title and was named All-County, All-Region, All-District and All-American. Natoli was named a New York Scholar Athlete and a US Lacrosse Academic All-American. She helped lead C.W. Baker to a 21-2 record and a state championship runner-up in 2019 and a Section III runner-up finish in 2021.
A USA Lacrosse All-American is a player who exhibits superior skills and techniques and possesses exceptional game sense and knowledge. A USA Lacrosse All-American is one of the best players in the United States, while also embodying excellent sportsmanship.
A USA Lacrosse All-Academic honoree is a player who exhibits exemplary lacrosse skills, good sportsmanship on the field, and represents high standards of academic achievement in the classroom.
The Jackie Pitts Award recognizes one player from each area who goes 'above and beyond' in service to her team, school, and community.
USA Lacrosse oversees the selection of the awards, which are administered locally by area chairs. Selections are based on voting by coaches within each geographical area.
