Volleyball Match with Lipscomb Cancelled

The meeting of the Dilfer sisters will have to wait.
The University of Louisville volleyball team's match at Lipscomb, originally scheduled for Feb. 20 in Nashville has been cancelled.
The ASun conference had to shuffle dates in the league and moved a conference match to the weekend date originally marked as the Louisville match, a problem every conference is facing in trying to get enough competition in during the lead up to the postseason.Â
The match had a unique personal feature angle as UofL setter Tori Dilfer would have faced her youngest sister, Delaney, a setter for Lipscomb.Â
The Cards return to ACC play on 4 p.m. Feb. 27 in a rescheduled match with Notre Dame at the L&N Federal Credit Union. Â
