Christian Selected as General Manager at the ULGC

Todd Christian brings 15 years of experience to the ULGC.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Todd Christian has been selected as General Manager for the University of Louisville Golf Club, University of Louisville Vice-President/Director of Athletics Vince Tyra announced on Thursday.
Christian brings 15 years of golf and club management operations to ULGC after serving the last six seasons managing Eastern Kentucky's private country club known as The University Club at Arlington.
In his time at EKU, Christian worked to streamline club operations, increase membership amenities, and introduce programming for new a generation of club members. Through his efforts, Christian was able to grow club membership and revenues to reach The University Club at Arlington's most profitable year in nearly two decades in 2019.
"We are excited that our search process availed us an incredibly talented and energetic leader in Todd Christian," Tyra said. "His vast experience in golf management and leading a university owned facility made his positive attributes that more compelling. While we think a great deal of Todd, his reputation and success were validated throughout the process.
We welcome Todd, his wife Ashley, and their children Caroline, Natalie and Joshua to the Cardinal Athletic family."
While at EKU, Christian was on the leadership team for the Senior Vice-President for Finance & Administration. He also served on the EKU Athletics Budget committee from 2017-2018 and works annually with EKU's Colonel Club, coordinating athletic fundraising via golf and social events. In addition to his recent managerial role, Christian was a student-athlete for the EKU golf team and graduated with a degree in Insurance & Risk Management in 2003.
"My family and I look forward to joining the Louisville community and Card Nation," Christian said. "We hope the ULGC can be an extension of our home by offering true southern hospitality to all members, guests, and alums. I look forward to joining the many great team members already in place and continuing first class service and superb club facilities enjoyed by our members."
Christian is married to Ashley Deaton Christian, and the couple has three children: Caroline (13) and Natalie (11), and Joshua.
