Louisville Releases 2019 Fall Lacrosse Schedule

The Cardinals will host three fall tournaments.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - University of Louisville women's lacrosse head coach Scott Teeter announced the program's fall schedule on Thursday, highlighted by home tournaments on Sep. 29, Oct. 6 and Oct. 20.

The Cardinals open the fall schedule on Sunday, Sep. 29, when they host a four-team tournament at UofL Lacrosse Field. Louisville plays Lindenwood at 9:30 a.m., Marquette at 1:15 p.m. and Vanderbilt at 3:45 p.m.
Louisville hosts Indianapolis and Butler on Sunday, Oct. 6. They will play Indianapolis at 9:30 a.m. and Butler at 1 p.m. Prior to the tournament, UofL will host a banquet on Friday, celebrating the 2019 season and its lone senior, Tessa Chad.

They then travel to Sparks, Md., to play at Tierney Field, the home of U.S. Lacrosse on Oct. 12 and 13. The Cardinals play Johns Hopkins, Georgetown and Denver on Oct. 12 and Temple and Navy on Oct. 13.
