Holly Hankenson Finishes 22nd in the Heptathlon at the Texas Relays

Hankenson moves up two spots on the second day
AUSTIN, Texas – The University of Louisville's Holly Hankenson finished the heptathlon with 4,536 points at the Texas Relays to wrap up the meet.
Hankenson finished 22nd overall in the heptathlon, improving two spots in the last three events. She finished second in the 800m with a time of 2:15.37 for 888 points, her highest event finish of the heptathlon.
Hankenson also posted marks of 5.74m/18-10 in the long jump for 771 points and a sixth place finishs. She threw for 33.60m/110-03 in javelin for 545 points and a 12th place.
Distance runners will compete at the Raleigh Relays beginning tomorrow at 10 a.m.
