Rowing Hosts Junior Day on March 3

Event allows prospective student-athletes to visit program
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville rowing will host its annual Junior Day event on Sunday, March 3 at the G. Garvin Brown III Rowing Center on River Road in downtown Louisville.
The event will allow prospective student-athletes to learn more about the Cardinal rowing program by meeting coaches, support staff and current student-athletes. Prospective rowers will be able to have questions about the program answered, hear from current members about the team and gain more information about the university.
"Junior Days at Louisville are the only chance someone outside our school has to meet all the incredible people who support our student-athletes daily," said assistant coach Hannah Ritter. "Our team would not be able to achieve as much as they do, on and off the water, if it were not for our awesome support staff. We want to introduce all of them to any prospective student-athlete who might want to row for Louisville one day."
In addition to Junior Day festivities, an optional campus tour will take place on March 2. Prospective student-athletes can learn more about Junior Day by contacting Ritter at rowing@louisville.edu.
