
Women’s Lacrosse Excels in the Classroom

The Cardinals achieved a collective 3.698 grade-point average for the 2019 fall semester.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville lacrosse team completed a successful fall semester in the classroom, posting a 3.698 team grade-point average.
"I am extremely proud of our team for their efforts in the classroom," said head coach Scott Teeter. "Prior to the semester, we set a goal for our team to achieve a 3.5 grade-point average and we are thrilled to accomplish that feat."
In addition, 31 of 35 student-athletes earned a 3.0 or better GPA, while 31 earned Red & Black Scholar Athlete status for a 3.25 or better cumulative GPA.
Sixteen players were named to the Dean's List for Fall 2019, earning above a 3.5 GPA, while 10 were named Dean's Scholars for a perfect 4.0 GPA.
