
Teeter to Coach in World Crosse Exhibition in Tokyo

Louisville head coach Scott Teeter is a member of the WPLL coaching staff.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville women's lacrosse head coach Scott Teeter is a member of the coaching staff of the Women's Professional Lacrosse League (WPLL) team that will participate in the World Crosse Exhibition this Saturday in Tokyo.

In the summer of 2018, Teeter served as head coach of the Boston Storm of the WPPL and he is entering his third season at Louisville.

World Crosse consists of multiple exhibition games that will include players from the WPLL, along with the PLL (Premier Lacrosse League), facing off against Japanese All-Stars. World Crosse takes place from November 14-18 in Japan with game day occurring on Saturday, Nov. 16 at Urayasu Athletic Field.

In addition to the exhibition game, the WPLL will host various youth clinics throughout the weekend to promote the sport and showcase the best players in the world to a captivated audience.

World Crosse is an annual tournament aimed to grow the game of lacrosse founded by professional player Sachiyo Yamada. The tournament provides an opportunity for audiences of all ages to experience the greatness of lacrosse by showcasing the exhibition played by the top Japanese and American players.
