LOUISVILLE, Ky. -Â Louisville plays its second of five straight at home in the KFC Yum! Center as the Cardinals face the Indiana State Sycamores on Wednesday. Louisville won its 19th consecutive home opener when the Cardinals beat Youngstown State 78-55 on Sunday as Darius Perry produced his first career double-double with 10 points and a career-high 12 assists and only one turnover.

Louisville limited YSU to 31.3 percent shooting from the field while shooting 50.8 percent itself, including making its first 11 shots of the game. The Cardinals improved to 242-82 all-time against first-time opponents, including 53-2 since 2002-03.

Junior Jordan Nwora leads the team in scoring with 22 points per game, while pulling down nine rebounds a game. Ryan McMahon is second on the team in scoring with 16 points per game while Steven Enoch averages a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds per game. Darius Perry leads the team with 16 assists.Â

Indiana State (0-1) opened its season on Nov. 9 with a tight 86-81 loss at Dayton as three Sycamores scored in double figures, led by Tyreke Key's 21 points. After Wednesday's game, Indiana State will play Ball State on Nov. 17 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Ind.

Predicted to finish sixth in the Missouri Valley Conference this season, the Sycamores posted a 15-16 overall record a year ago and 7-11 MVC mark (eighth). Junior guard Tyreke Key, who led the MVC in scoring last season averaging 17.4 points a game, was honored on the MVC preseason first team. Indiana State is No. 159 in the Kenpom rankings through Nov. 10.
