Cardinals Release 2018 Fall Lacrosse Schedule

Louisville will host fall contests on Sept. 30 and Oct. 20.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. -Â University of Louisville women's lacrosse head coach Scott Teeter announced the program's fall schedule on Monday, highlighted by home contests on Sep. 30 and Oct. 20.

The Cardinals open the fall schedule on Sep. 30, when they host a three-team tournament during Alumnae Weekend at U of L Lacrosse Field. Louisville plays Marquette at 10 a.m. and Butler at 1:30 p.m.
On Sunday, Oct. 7, Louisville travels to Columbus, Ohio to play Ohio State at 12 p.m.

They then travel to Sparks, Md., on Saturday, Oct. 13, to play at Tierney Field, the home of U.S. Lacrosse. Also competing will be John Hopkins, Georgetown and Stanford.
The next day, the Cardinals venture to Loyola University to play Michigan at 10:40 a.m., Penn at 12:10 p.m. and Maryland at 2:20 p.m. The Michigan and Maryland games will be 30-minute contests with running clock, while the Penn contest will be a full game.
