Nicolas Platret fired a 10-under-par to finish in a tie for sixth.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Nicolas Platret shot a 10-under-par 206 on to pace the University of Louisville men's golf team to an 11th-place finish at the ACC Championship in New London, N.C.

Entering the final round at 8-under-par, Platret carded 2-under-par 70 to finish in a two-way tie for sixth place. Virginia's Thomas Walsh took home the individual title after finishing at 16-under-par,

Collectively, the Cardinals had their best round on Sunday, shooting a 6-under-par 282 to move up one spot to 11th. Georgia Tech took home the title at 29-under-par, while Clemson was second at 27-under par..

Matthias Schmid tied for 33rd after firing a 1-under-par 71 on Sunday. He finished the tournament with a 1-over-par 71-75-71=217. John Murphy posted his best round of the tournament, carding a 3-under-par 69 on Sunday, finishing in a tie for 38th with a 76-74-69=219. Keegan de Lange finished in 51st at 6-over par, while Simon Zach ended play in 59th at 11-over-par.
