Daniel Sos joins the Cards at Spring Semester
Daniel Sos of Budapest, Hungary has joined the Louisville Cardinals Swimming and Diving team for the Spring semester of 2018, Coach Arthur Albiero announced today.
Sos is the 200 IM Silver medalist at the 2015 Junior World Championships in Singapore and a multiple-time finalist at the Junior European Championships in Hodmezovasarhely for his native Hungary. Sos also comes in with vast international experience at the senior level having competed in both the 2017 World Championships in Budapest and the 2017 World University Games in Taiwan City this summer.
"Daniel brings tremendous versatility as a world class IMer. It will be fun to watch him develop in the college setting as he transfers his long course ability into the short course yards standard", Albiero noted.
Sos will compete in his first meet as a Cardinal at the TYR Pro Swim Series in Austin this week.
