Catching up with 2010 senior Rachel Hollenbach
Throughout the remainder of the summer, the University of Louisville field hockey program will feature an Alumnae Spotlight highlighting former players and providing updates on where their careers have taken them.

Rachel Hollenbach played for the University of Louisville from 2007 through 2010. The Winfield, Pa., native was a three-year starter who helped the Cardinals to two Big East Championships and an NCAA appearance. The 2010 All-Big East and NFHCA All-West Region selection scored eight goals and dished out six assists during her time at Louisville and was a four-time NFHCA National Academic Squad member.

Rachel graduated from UofL in 2011 with a bachelor's in Exercise Science. Following graduation, she spent the 2012 season as an assistant coach at her alma mater under Justine Sowry. She started Physical Therapy School at the University of Pittsburgh in 2012 and graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015. Since then, Rachel has been working at Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team (KORT) as a physical therapist and in 2016 started a two-year residency program to become an Orthopedic Specialist.
