Mercedes Pastor on Louisville
"I wanted to study in the U.S. because it gives me the possibility to do play hockey and study in the same place. I chose Louisville because of the great staff, the high level of the team and the fact that they compete in the ACC, one of the most competitive conferences. The amazing facilities will allow me to grow as an athlete while I study for the career I always wanted, Industrial Engineering."
Â
Associate Head Coach Lucas Piccioli on Mercedes Pastor
"Mercedes is well-capable to play anywhere in the front six positions on the field and that versatility makes her a great match for our program. Her discipline and work ethic make her a great fit within our program. Mercedes also has great technical proficiency and competitiveness. We cannot wait to have her join our team."
