Lacrosse's Hannah Koloski Named ACC Offensive Player of the Week

Koloski earns her first weekly ACC honor
LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Louisville senior Hannah Koloski was named the ACC Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week, while Notre Dame's Alex Dalton was named the ACC Defensive Player of the Week.
Koloski led the Cardinals this week with 12 goals on the week, tallying six in wins against Vanderbilt and Brown. Against the Commodores, she notched the game-winning goal with four seconds remaining in the game. The Cardinals won the draw control with 41 seconds remaining, handed the ball off to Koloski who beat her defender in a 1v1 for the win. The senior attacker from Lakeville, Minnesota, took continued the scoring against Brown, tallying another season-high six goals. Every time Brown closed in on the Louisville lead, Koloski would help spark a run.Â
The No. 20 Cardinals will be back in action on Wednesday, March 1 as they host Cincinnati at 6:00 p.m. The game is a Pink Out and fans are encouraged to wear pink.Â
