Gomez picks up two singles wins

Junior Federico Gomez led the University of Louisville men's tennis men's team with two singles win on day two of the Dick Vitale Lakewood Ranch Intercollegiate Clay Court Classic Saturday.

Gomez, a junior from Buenos Aires, Argentina defeated Navy's Andrew Ton 6-2, 6-1 and followed with a 6-1, 6-3 win over Central Florida's Enrique Paya. Junior Brandon Lancaster registered a 7-5, 6-2 victory over Michigan's Gabe Tishman.

The tournament will conclude on Sunday.
