Numerous Fan-Focused Events Set for Aug. 26 Soccer Doubleheader

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville women's and men's soccer teams will host a doubleheader at Dr. Mark and Cindy Lynn Stadium on Friday, Aug. 26 and the fan friendly event will feature numerous activities and promotions to accompany the entertaining soccer on the pitch.
The UofL women's soccer team will open the doubleheader at 5:30 p.m., ET against UAB while the Cardinals men's soccer team will follow at 7:30 p.m., against Butler. One ticket will gain admission to both games and the Louisville Cardinals Ticket Office is offering a "Buy One, Get One Free" promotion for the doubleheader.
Fans can take advantage of this BOGO offer online here, by calling (502) 852-5151 or by visiting the Louisville Cardinals Ticket Office at Gate 2 of Papa John's Cardinal Stadium. The BOGO offer will also be available at the Lynn Stadium Ticket Office starting at 4:30 p.m., on match day.
The various fan-focused activities and promotions during the doubleheader will include concession specials throughout the evening, the debut of the Steepleton Playground on the north berm, a family friendly Soccer Fan Fest, prize giveaways and a postgame autograph session with the women's soccer team. UofL students attending both matches of the doubleheader can enter to earn a chance at winning up to $50,000 during halftime of the men's game. There will also be a Residence Hall Challenge for a chance to win a pizza party at a future match at Lynn Stadium.

- One student will be selected (during the first half of the men's game) to participate in an on-field "Rapid Fire" promotion during halftime of the men's game for a chance to win up to $50,000
- Open only to UofL Students (must show valid student ID)
- Open to all students who check-in at the women's game (both on and off-campus)
