Simon Zach fires 5-under par 67 to pace the Cards.
Zach carded seven birdies and posted an eagle on the 540 yard, par-5 No. 5 at Makai Golf Club to improve to 3-under on the tournament. Zach, who shot a 74 on Sunday, moved into a tie for 14th heading into the final round of action on Tuesday.Â
After firing a 291 as a team on Sunday, the Cards posted a score of 7-under par 281 to move up four spots in the standings heading into the final round. The Cardinals, who trail Ole Miss by 21 shots, are just trokes behind Missouri and Sam Houston State, who are both tied for second place.
Sophomore Keegan de Lange is also tied for 14th place after he fired a 2-under par 70. He scored five birdies on the day to finish with a two-day total of 70-71-141.
Erik Dulik carded a 1-under par 71 to move up to 24th after Monday's action, while J.D. Lehman shot a 1-over par 73 to stand in 58th place. DEvin Morely improved by six shots with a second-round score of 76.Â
