
Men's Tennis Places Three on All-American Conference Teams

The University of Louisville's Sebastian Stiefelmeyer was selected to the All-American Athletic Conference singles team while Chris Simich and Albert Wagner earned all-conference doubles team honors.
Stiefelmeyer, a junior from Vienna, Austria, earned his third all-conference nod after being named to the All-BIG EAST teams his freshman and sophomore seasons. The Cardinals' top-seeded player carries a 23-16 overall record with an 11-7 mark at No. 1 singles.
Juniors Simich (Auckland, New Zealand) and Wagner, ( Amberg, Germany) have compiled a 21-16 overall doubles record and are 15-5 playing mostly at No. 2. Simich is making his third all-conference team appearance. He was also selected to the All-BIG EAST teams in 2012 and 2013.
The Cardinals (21-7) earned an at-large bid to the 2014 NCAA tournament and will face Wake Forest on May 9 in Columbus, Ohio.
