
Tarasevich Earns Second ACC Swimmer of the Week Honor

Louisville's Grigory Tarasevich captured an ACC Swimming weekly award after in impressive performance at the AT&T Short Course Nationals.
Louisville's Tarasevich, who earned his second ACC Male Swimmer of the Week honor, was a member of three first-place relay teams, in addition to earning a first-and third-place finish in two individual events at USA Swimming AT&T Winter National Championships in Greensboro, N.C. last weekend.
The Cardinal men set a school record in the 200-medley relay, with Tarasevich contributing a 21.89 split. The same Cardinal group went on to win both the 800-free relay and the 400-medley relay. In the men's 200 back, Tarasevich won the event with an NCAA `A' cut of 1:40.71.
