Men's Tennis Set for Winter Invitational

2013 UofL Men's Tennis Winter Invitational Draw

The University of Louisville men's tennis team will hold the 2013 Louisville Winter Invitational Nov. 1-3 at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center.

The tournament field consists of nine teams in addition to the host Cardinals: Campbellsville, Illinois State, Indiana, Kentucky, Longwood, Middle Tennessee State, Morehead State, Purdue and Vincennes. The format features two flights of singles and doubles and will be played indoors and outdoors, weather permitting. Doubles play will begin at 9 a.m. Friday with singles to follow.

"I am excited for Luis Elizondo, Amaury Derognat, Jeffrey Brown and Michael Lippens this weekend as they take on players from several schools from around the region," said UofL head coach Rex Ecarma. "There will be plenty of great tennis this weekend."
