What impresses you most about your coach(es): She never lowers her standards, and expects a lot from us which pushes us to be the best we can be for her, the team and for ourselves.
What has been your biggest obstacle to overcome: Adjusting to rowing in college while managing school and early morning workouts

Pre-competition superstition: Wiggling my fingers, closing my eyes and taking a deep breath at the start of the race

Best part of being an athlete: Knowing that it's 6 a.m. and I am about to accomplish something before most students even wake up
The moment you realized you were really good at your sport: When I went from being in the last boat freshman year of high school, to the first boat as a sophomore
If you won the lottery, you would use the money for/to: To pay for my brother's college when he gets there and make sure my family and I have all we need.
