
Men's Golf Moves into Third Place at Mobile Bay

Mobile, Ala. - The University of Louisville men's golf team improved their team standing by six spots to sit in third place at the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate in Mobile, Ala. on Monday.
The Cardinals, who were in ninth place on Sunday, made up 13 strokes on Monday to jump into a tie for third-place overall with Iowa State and Vanderbilt. The Cardinals have totaled 586, which is nine shots behind the leader Mississippi.
Sophomore Chris Biuso is tied for ninth after the first two rounds with 71-73=144, while sophomore Riley Wheeldon is tied for 16th overall after his 76-70=146. Junior Karsten Clements is tied for 37th overall after shooting 74-75=149, while sophomore Justin Dorward is tied for 46th after his 80-70=150. Junior Aaron Sherry is tied for 52nd after his 78-73=151.
