
Swimming Signees Shine at USA Junior Nationals

Three University of Louisville swimming signees have posted outstanding performances at the USA Junior Nationals, including Tanja Killiainen setting a new national record in the 400-IM.
Kylliainen was crowned the USA Junior National champion with a new junior national record of 4:09.66 in the 400-IM. She won the 200-IM as well with a time of 1:59.34.
Fellow signees Victoria Mitchell was seventh in the 500-freestyle (4:49.00) and was 19th in the 400-IM (4:21.76).
Hannah Crowley placed 29th in the 200-free style with a time of 1:50.78.
