LOUISVILLE, Ky. - - Fans of the University of Louisville men's tennis program can now keep up with Rex Ecarma and the Cardinals through Twitter.
"I have so many people asking me what U of L head Coaches and players do on and off the court," said Ecarma. "They try to envision our daily activities and what we do outside our sport. Fans, friends, and alumni like to know what we think about certain subjects and our personal interests as well. With the Twitter updates they can follow our lives in ways normal media cannot and I think it is a fun way to communicate. So if you want you know me, my assistant, my staff, or my players a little better and would like to get fun snippets of information just sign on."
Twitter is a free service that lets you keep in touch with people through the exchange of quick, frequent answers to one simple question: What are you doing? Twitter allows its users to send and read brief updates that can be received on a user's cell phone via text, via the Web, through RSS feeds or via instant messaging.
