
Cardinal Lacrosse to Host Four Fall Clinics

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Kellie Young and her coaching staff at the University of Louisville will be hosting three lacrosse clinics and a 3v3 Tournament this fall. The intent of these clinics will be to help grow the sport of lacrosse in the city of Louisville and the surrounding areas.
This event is an opportunity for high school and middle school GIRLS to improve upon their lacrosse skills. These clinics will focus on individual development and team concepts. Each session has a focus (Defense, Attack, Transition) but will be relative to each player regardless of their position.
UofL Fall Clinic Details
High School & Middle School Sessions: Will be focused on individual development and team concept.
Coaches Sessions: Will allow coaches to learn in a classroom setting and then mirror Louisville's coaching staff during the High School sessions.

- Middle School and High School Players - 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. (Defensive & Goalie Session)
- H.S. Coaches - 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Defensive Concepts in morning, mirroring staff at H.S. Clinic)
- October 20
- Clinic
- Middle School and High School Players - 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Attacking & Goalie Session)
- H.S. Coaches - 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Attacking Concepts in morning, mirroring staff at H.S. Clinic)
- October 26
- 3v3 Tournament - Cardinal Shoot Out - 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- This event is an opportunity for high school girls to compete with and against their friends and with lacrosse players from other regions. Each team is guaranteed 6 games. Bracket play will determine the Champion. There will be lacrosse skill instruction as well.
