
Kirton Signs With Men's Golf

Louisville, Ky. - Lewis Kirton from Aberdeenshire, Scotland has signed a National-Letter-of-Intent with the University of Louisville men's golf program, announced head coach Mark Crabtree.
Kirton is the No. 3 #3 ranked junior in Scotland and was a 2005 runnnerup in Scottish Boys Championship. He's the current course record holder at Banchory golf club and Newmachar Swailand with 63(-9). He also served as Captain of Scottish U-16 National team in 2004 and was Northeast Scotland Boys MatchPlay Champion in 2004 and 2005
"Lewis is as fine a player as I have ever signed here at Louisville," said Crabtree. "He has tremendous potential and will certainly elevate our program immediately. Lewis has national and international experience which will only strengthen his contributions."
