The University of Louisville shot 300 in the final round of the UALR/First Tee Collegiate Classic on Tuesday to finish in a tie for eighth-place overall on Tuesday.
The Cardinal tied Arkansas-Little Rock with a final mark of 906. Arkansas State won the tournament by shooting 888.
The Cardinals were led by freshman Daryl Fathauer who finished in a tie for 22nd place by shooting 72-77-76=225. Senior Charlie Woo tied for 32nd overall, carding 75-76-77-228, while freshmen Derek Fathauer and Adam Rainaud were tied for 46th overall with their score of 231. Junior Brent Holmes ended the day in a tie for 57th with his rounds of 73-79-81=233. Senior Brett Jones played as an individual and tied for fifth with his score of 3-over par 219.
The Cardinals will compete at the Forest Oaks Collegiate in Greensboro, N.C. on April 4-5.
