
Men's Golf Stands in Third Place at Marshall

Huntington, W.Va. - Senior Charlie Woo and freshman Daryl Fathauer are tied for sixth place overall as the University of Louisville men's golf team is in third place after two rounds at the Marshall Invitational in Huntington, W. Va.
The Cardinals who shot 564, are just two shots behind co-leaders Ohio State and Xavier.
Woo fired 71-68=139 and Fathauer was just as impressive, carding 70-69=139. The two are just three shots out of the lead heading into the third round.
Freshman Derek Fathauer, who won the Forest Oaks Intercollegiate last week, is in 15th place after shooting 72-71=143, while senior Brett Jones is tied for 22nd with his 71-74=145. Freshman Adam Rainaud is tied for 26th overall after a 74-72=146 afternoon.
The Cardinals will begin the third and final round on Saturday morning.
