
Men's Tennis Set to Host Fall Invitational

The University of Louisville men's tennis team will hold its fourth annual Fall Invitational Oct. 5-7 at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center. The field will consist of 19 teams: Austin Peay, Ball State, Dayton, Eastern Kentucky, Evansville, Indiana, Indianapolis, IUPU - Ft. Wayne, IUPUI, Kentucky, Louisville, Murray State, Saint Louis, Southern Illinois, Southern Indiana, Toledo, UT-Martin, Vanderbilt and Wright State.
The tournament will consist of three singles flights with consolation draws, and three doubles flights. Matches will begin Friday at 10:00 a.m. with the last match slated to start at 7:00 p.m.
"We are excited to host 18 other teams this weekend," said U of L head coach Rex Ecarma. "With the quality competition, the winner of the singles and doubles draws can really move up in the national rankings."
