2021-22: Elle rowed in the 2V4 boat that finished fourth with a time of 7:40.692 on Day 1 at the ORCI. On Day 2 of the ORCI, Elle rowed in the V4 boat to a second place finish with a time of 7:23.195. At the Sunshine State Invitational, she rowed on the V4 boat that won the petite final with a time of 7:29.65. At the Lake Wheeler Invitational, she helped the Cards’ V4 boat to a third place finish with a time of 7:47.154. In the head-to-head competition with Michigan, she was on the V4 boat that posted a time of 7:47.45. At the ACC Championships held at Clemson in 2022, she was on the V4 boat that finished fifth in the grand final with a time of 7:25.809. An outstanding student, she was named as scholar athletes for the 2022 season by the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA) and was named to the ACC All-Academic team. She is a member of the AD Honor Roll and the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2020-21: In the COVID-shortened season, Elle did not row in head-to-head competition.

Prior to UofL: Transferred from Santa Clara University.

Prep: Elle ran track and cross country all four years and rowed one year at Colorado Junior Crew. She was part of the 2016 and 2017 state champion team for Colorado State cross country.

Personal: Daughter of Susie and Mike Triem. Her sister Hannah played soccer at Colorado Christian University.
