2022-23: At Rivanna Romp, she rowed the Varsity 8 boat that turned in a time of 13:37.9 for seventh in the 20-boat field. On Saturday morning at the ORCI, she rowed in the V8 boat that turned in a time of 6:28.656 and third place. In the Saturday afternoon session, Wack was aboard the V8 boat that finished third with a time of 6:28.010. In the Sunday session at ORCI, she rowed the V8 boat that finished third, clocking in at 6:38.907. At the Sunshine State Invitational, she rowed in the V8 boat with a second-place finish with a time of 6:37.20. In the grand final of the Sunshine State Invitational, she rowed in the V8 boat to a fourth-place finish with a time of 6:35.53. Against Michigan in a head-to-head matchup, Wack was in the V8 boat to a second-place finish with a time of 6:40.08. In the prelims of the V8 race, she rowed the Cardinals to a fourth-place finish to advance to the petite final with a time of 6:45.634. She was in the V8 boat that won the petite finals of the ACC Championship with a time of 6:43.228. Named as a CRCA Scholar Athlete. She was named to the 2023 All-ACC Academic Team.
2021-22: Eliza Wack was in the 2V8 boat that crossed the finish with a time of 14:45.5 and was also in the 4V4 that posted a time of 16:15.1 at the Rivanna Romp. She was on the 2V8 boat that beat Notre Dame with a time of 6:33.002 on Day 1 at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational. On Day 2 at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational, she rowed in the 2V8 boat that finished third with a time of 6:47.026. At the Sunshine State Invitational, she rowed on the 2V8 boat that won silver in the grand final with a time of 6:36.70. At the Lake Wheeler Invitational, she helped the 2V8 boat to a second place finish with a time of 6:50.592. In head-to-head competition with Michigan, she was on the 2V8 boat that turned in a time of 7:03.78. At the ACC Championships at Clemson, she was in the 2V8 boat that finished sixth in the grand final with a time of 6:51.290. An outstanding student, she was named as scholar athletes for the 2022 season by the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA). She is a member of the AD Honor Roll and the ACC Academic Honor Roll.
2020-21: In the COVID-shortened season, Eliza rowed in the V4 boat versus Notre Dame, and the V4 boat at the ACC Championship that was sixth in the Grand Final. An outstanding student, she was a member of the Athletic Director's Honor Roll, a Red & Black Scholar, and was a Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 Dean's Scholar. She belongs to Chi Alpha Sigma, a nonprofit organization established to recognize college student-athletes who excel both on and off the field of competition. She is also a CRCA Scholar Athlete, made the ACC Honor Roll and was ACC All-Academic.
2018-19: She rowed in four events over the course of the season. Eliza rowed in the N8+ and 3V8+ boats and helped 3 the V8+ boat finish fifth in the ACC Championship grand final.
Prior to UofL: Eliza competed in varsity and club volleyball, softball and tennis at West Jessamine High School.
