CC McGraw joined the Cardinals' coaching staff in the spring of 2023. The highly decorated libero from Minnesota joined the Cards as a volunteer coach and was elevated to assistant coach in the summer of 2023.

The Cardinals are coming off a 27-5 campaign in 2023 where McGraw helped coached the Cards to their highest national ranking of the year at No. 2 and a final national ranking of No. 6. UofL put up an ACC record of 15-3, finishing third and made the Cards' fourth trip to the Elite Eight, ninth trip to the Sweet Sixteen and 32nd NCAA appearance. ACC Year End Awards included Player of the Year Anna DeBeer and Defensive Player of the Year Elena Scott. DeBeer was also named AVCA East Region Player of the Year. Elle Glock, Charitie Luper, Aiko Jones, Cara Cresse and Elena Scott were voted to the First Team and Phekran Kong was voted HM All-East Region.

McGraw ended her career as a Gopher with 1,924 digs, which ranks her No. 3 all-time at Minnesota. An outstanding student, she was an Academic All-Big Ten for four years, a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar in 2021-22 and a CSC Second Team Academic All-America in 2022.

During her 133 matches as a Gopher, she was First Team All-Big Ten in 2019, 2021 and Second Team in 2022. She was an AVCA HM All-American in 2019, 2021 and a four-time All-North Region selection. She earned Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week honors three times and Volleyball Magazine chose her as a Second Team Freshman All-American in 2018 and a Fourth Team All-American in 2021.

The native of Prior Lake, Minn. earned her bachelor's degree in psychology and her master's degree in sports and exercise science.
