2003-- Versatile freshman has played both middle blocker and libero. She had a season-high five kills against Saint Louis and seven digs against DePaul. She had four blocks against DePaul and East Carolina.
High School -- Stephanie was a three-sport athlete at DeWitt Central, where she lettered four years in both volleyball and basketball and also ran a year of track. She was widely regarded as the top volleyball player in the state, according to the Quad City Times which named her Athlete of the Year. She was a three-time selection to the First Team All-State squad in volleyball and twice in basketball. As a junior, she was named All-District and helped lead her team to their first State Tournament in 2000 and then again in 2001 where they finished third both times. This earned her two All-State Tournament honors. She played for the Junior Olympic Club Team's Court Masters for coach Gayle Hodge and went to nationals for the first time in 1999 and again in 2000 and 2001.
Personal -- She is the daughter of Tom and Diane Marsh. Born March 1, 1985. Major is health and human performance.
