Trent Mossbrucker was named the recruiting coordinator at the University of Louisville in December 2022.
Mossbrucker will lead the recruiting staff in talent evaluation and handling the recruiting communication for the head coach and the assistant coaches.
Before joining the UofL staff, Mossbrucker spent one season in 2022 with Jeff Brohm as the assistant director of recruiting at Purdue, where he handled all aspects of recruiting and assisted with team travel.
Prior to a brief stint at Purdue, Mossbrucker worked four seasons as Nebraska's director of football and recruiting administration. He served a key administrative role in the day-to-day operations of the football program, specifically overseeing recruiting efforts which landed the Huskers a top-20 class in 2019.
Mossbrucker spent the 2017 season as the assistant director of football operations at UCF. Previously, Mossbrucker served as the Chief of Staff at Yale for two seasons. He was a graduate assistant at the University of Indianapolis in 2014 and at St. Lawrence University in 2013, working with the defense at both stops and helping Indianapolis to a conference title.
He graduated with degrees in history and communication studies in 2012.
