Junior Year:
- Honored on the 2008 NABC All-District 7 second team and was an All-BIG EAST Conference second team selection.
- Averaged 10.5 points, 7.0 rebounds and 4.3 assists in U of L's four NCAA Tournament games. He had 12 points, eight rebounds and three assists in the Cards' East Region semifinal victory over Tennessee.
- Ranked among the BIG EAST leaders in assists (4.5, seventh in the BIG EAST), rebounding (7.2, 11th), assists-turnovers ratio (1.54, 12th) and minutes played (35.9, fourth).
- Became the Cardinals' 59th career 1,000-point scorer with 12 points, six rebounds and four assists at Providence. He is currently No. 48 in career scoring at U of L with 1,102 career points.
- Has 11 double-doubles in his career. He has scored in double figures on 54 occasions in his career.
- Matched a season-high with 22 points at DePaul and added eight rebounds and five assists with just one turnover, the ninth time he has scored 20 or more in his career.
- Had 11 points, 10 rebounds, four assists and four steals against Rutgers, the 11th double-double of his career.
- Produced just the fourth triple-double in U of L history vs. Seton Hall with 10 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists.
- BIG EAST Honor Roll selection on Dec. 31 after averaging 19.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 4.5 assists vs. Iona and Morehead St.
- Had 11 assists, 9 rebounds, 7 points and 4 steals at USF.
- Scored a season-high 22 points vs. Iona, hitting 4-of-7 threes.
- BIG EAST Honor Roll selection on Jan. 21 after scoring 20 vs. Marquette and recording his triple-double vs. Seton Hall.
- Produced just the third triple-double in U of L history vs. Hartford with 14 points, 13 assists, 12 rebounds, three steals and he hit 4-of-6 three-point goals.
- Grabbed a career-high 14 rebounds at Rutgers. He had five double-digit rebounding efforts and grabbed at least seven rebounds 14 times.
Sophomore Year:
- Only player to start all 34 games for the Cardinals.
- Cards leader in scoring (12.4, 30th in the BIG EAST), rebounding (7.0, 14th in the BIG EAST) and assists (3.8, 13th in the BIG EAST).
- Honors included USBWA All-District IV, NABC All-District 7 (second team) and All-BIG EAST Conference (second team).
- Member of the BIG EAST All-Tournament team after posting two-game averages of 19.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 2.0 steals.
- His 21 points against West Virginia in the BIG EAST Tournament was his second highest total of the season. He added 9 rebounds, 4 assists and two steals.
- Had seven double-doubles and eight for his career, including 15 points and 11 rebounds against Seton Hall in the regular season finale.
- Hit 35 three-point goals over the last 18 games after making 12 in the Cards' first 14 games of the season.
- Totalled 17 points, seven rebounds, four assists and seven steals at UConn.
- Buried back-to-back three-point goals in the last 2 1/2 minutes against Syracuse to give the Cardinals the lead for good as they recovered from a 14-point deficit.
- Stellar performance vs. Providence when he produced his fourth double-double of the season with a season-high 23 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, a career-high matching five steals and he buried a career-best five three-point goals.
- Scored 18 of his 21 points against San Francisco in the second half and added nine rebounds, four assists and a career-high three blocked shots.
- Scored 21 points vs. UMass, all in the second half.
- Honored on the NABC Classic all-tournament team.
Freshman Year:
- Starting forward in 21 games as a freshman. He scored in double figures in 14 games, including seven of the last nine.
- Led the Cards with 15 points and five assists against DePaul.
- Scored a career-high 25 points against Pittsburgh, adding five rebounds and 4 steals.
- Produced his first double-double with 11 points and 13 rebounds vs. Marquette.
- Had 16 points and six assists against South Carolina in the NIT semifinals.
- Totalled eight points, eight rebounds and a season-high eight assists vs. UC Davis.
- Honored on the all-tournament team of the Billy Minardi Classic after producing 16 points and eight rebounds in the championship game.
High School:
- Averaged 21.7 points, 8.9 rebounds, 7.8 assists as a senior in helping Rainier Beach High School to a 21-8 record and the state semifinals.
- As a junior, he averaged 18.3 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 6.2 assists as Rainier Beach posted a 27-2 record, falling in the state championship game in double overtime.
- Four-year starter at Rainier Beach, helping his team win the state title in 2003 with a 26-3 mark.
- An all-city and first team all-state selection each of his final two years, Williams was rated 27th in the nation by USA Today's Rob Harrington, No. 39 by The Hoop Scoop and was among the top 100 overall by RivalsHoops.
- Also played football for Rainier Beach as a starting wide receiver and free safety for the Vikings' Metro League championship team.
- In the 2005 adidas Derby Classic all-star game in Freedom Hall, he was the MVP of the Black Team with 32 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists while also winning the dunk contest.

- Feels Al Pacino would be the best actor to play him in a movie.
- What impresses him the most about Coach Pitino is "he understands and teaches you. He's the greatest man I've ever met."
- Few people know that he wishes he was married and that he's afraid of heights.
- His mother Sherry Jackson has had the greatest influence on his athletic career.
- Chose to attend U of L because "Coach P is the best I've seen and was real from the start, plus Louisville is the best city since Seattle."
- Started playing basketball as a kid when the football field was too wet to play on.
- Chose his No. 1 uniform number because "the ones before me were just No. 1; I want to be the ONE."
- Best basketball advice given to him was that "you can be among greats if you work hard."
- If you walked into his dorm room, the first thing you would notice is his 130 shoe boxes.
