
LOUISVILLE ATHLETICS GROUP FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES
Louisville Athletics is proud to offer a fun and exciting opportunity for organizations to raise money during games at Cardinal Stadium and the KFC Yum! Center during the 2022-23 academic year.
Sodexo Live! – the official food and beverage provider of the Louisville Cardinals – is looking for friendly, hard-working volunteers to work the concession stands and portable food and beverage carts during games. This program is ideal for youth groups, PTOs, charities, and other non-profit organizations.
If your group would like to be a part of an exciting gameday atmosphere while earning fundraising dollars, this a great opportunity for you!

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Any 501(c)(3) or otherwise tax-exempt non-profit organization or charity can partner and fundraise.
WHAT IS THE FUNDRAISING EXPERIENCE LIKE?
Non-profits work within the concession or merchandise stands on gameday. Stands range from 3 to 10 staff members needed with varying concepts, including food, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, and merchandise.
HOW MUCH MONEY CAN BE FUNDRAISED?
A commission is provided based on food and beverage sales. A minimum dollar amount per person is guaranteed regardless of sales each event. All tips received while working the event go directly to the non-profit.
