
Women’s Golf Adds Transfer Amy Hodgkins

She began her collegiate career at Northern Arizona
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville women's golf head coach Whitney Young is pleased to announce the transfer of Amy Hodgkins on Tuesday. Hodgkins began her collegiate career at Northern Arizona, where she played three seasons.
Hodgkins is coming off her junior season where she competed in all 11 tournaments and was named All-Big Sky First Team. She tallied a 72.94 stroke average, which was second-best on the team, over 30 rounds played. She had three Top 10 finishes and four Top 10 finishes on the season with six rounds in the 60's and had 14 rounds at par or better. Her best finish came at the Red Rocks Invitational where she tied for first overall. In her opening round, she shot a career low 65.
In her sophomore season, she was named All-Big Sky First Team after playing in eight tournaments. She had a stroke average of 72.54 over 22 rounds with three Top 5 finishes and five Top 20 finishes. Recorded eight rounds at par or better, including three in the 60's. She shot a season-low 66 (-6) in the first round at the Clash at Boulder Creek and tallied a third place finish at the Big Sky Conference Tournament.

Finished in the top five once and the top ten twice to total three top 20 finishes. She recorded 13 rounds at par or better including five in the 60's. Shot a season-low 68 on four different occasions, including the final round of the Big Sky Championship.
