
Cards Look to Take on Flyers

LOUISVILLE, Ky.- The University of Louisville men's tennis team looks to return to form at home against the University of Dayton on Wednesday, February 4 at 3 p.m. ET.Â
To bring January to a close, the Cards fell to in-state rival Kentucky in the Battle of the Bluegrass by a score of 4-0. Even though Louisville was unable to tally a point in the match, duo Hamza El Amine and Walid Ahouda rallied back to claim a 7-6 (7-4) victory in doubles competition.
The Cardinals have two ranked doubles teams in Andre' Steinbach and Matei Onofrei at No. 21, and Ahouda and El Amine at No. 59. Both Ahouda and El Amine are ranked in singles as well, at 68 and 122 respectively.

Scouting the Flyers: The University of Dayton has opened its season 1-3, with its only win coming against Ball State. In ITA rankings, Mikkel Zinder is spotted at No. 86 in singles, with Kyle McNally and Dylan Jaen marked at No. 79 in doubles.
