No. 9 Cardinals Continue Homestand with Florida State
February 14, 2026 | Women's Basketball
Cards have won 16 of their last 17 games
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The No. 9 Louisville women's basketball team (23-4, 13-1 ACC) continues its three-game homestand on Sunday when the Florida State Seminoles (9-16, 4-9 ACC) come to the KFC Yum! Center. The Cardinals and Seminoles will square off at 6 p.m. ET and it will be broadcast on the ACC Network.
The Cardinals have won 16 of their last 17 games dating back to December 4. Louisville is 13-3 at home this season and a win on Sunday would match the home win total from the 2023-24 season with two more regular season home games still to be played. The first NCAA Top 16 Committee Ranking will be revealed later this evening, potentially giving the Cardinals more home games in the postseason. Louisville currently leads the ACC with a NET ranking of 8 and Wins Above Bubble ranking of 9.

She has scored in double figures in all five games and scored 20 or more twice, both in road wins. On the season, Ziegler leads the team with 7.2 rebounds per game and is second with 11.5 points and 2.9 assists per game.

She has also tallied multiple assists in five of the last six games and has averaged 3.7 assists over the past six games.
