Rebekah Graves Selected for NCAA Legacy Lab

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville women's basketball guard Rebekah Graves has been selected to attend the NCAA Legacy Lab, which will be held in Indianapolis this September. The Legacy Lab is a national leadership and entrepreneurship experience designed to help student-athletes explore how their experiences in sport can translate into meaningful impact beyond athletics.

This will be the second ever Legacy Lab held by the NCAA after the inaugural event was held this past February. Back in February, 41 Division I student-athletes from across the country engaged with industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and former athletes while exploring entrepreneurship, leadership, and personal brand development.

The Legacy Lab helps Division I sophomore and junior student-athletes explore entrepreneurship while they are still competing. During this multi-day program, participants turn their skills, stories and ideas into sustainable ventures and choose one of three learning tracks:

Brand in Motion: Explore how to monetize your name, image and likeness (NIL) responsibly and effectively
Blueprint to Breakthrough: Learn the essentials of starting, operating and growing a business
Built to Serve: Design ventures that prioritize social responsibility alongside profitability.

Selected athletes must be a Division I sophomore or junior student-athletes in good academic standing and be nominated by a coach, director of operations, student-athlete development professional, academic advisor, senior woman administrator or compliance/athletics administrator listed in the NCAA Directory.
