Hepburn Agrees to Two-Way Contract with Toronto

Cardinal Forever Chucky Hepburn has agreed to a two-way contract with the Toronto Raptors
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – UofL men's basketball graduate guard Chucky Hepburn has agreed to a two-way contract with the Toronto Raptors.
The reigning ACC Defensive Player of the Year spent his final year of eligibility with the Cardinals after playing for Wisconsin for three seasons.
In 2024-25, Hepburn averaged 16.4 points, 5.8 assists and 2.4 steals per game. He logged 198 total assists against just 103 turnovers, all while shooting 43.2% from the floor and 84.4% at the charity stripe.
The First Team All-ACC Selection was ranked in the top 25 nationally in steals (ninth, 82), steals per game (ninth, 2.41), assists (19th, 198) and assists per game (24th, 5.8).
In addition to Louisville's four draft picks in the last eight years, four other Cardinals have reached the NBA as undrafted free agents in the same time frame, including Deng Adel (Cleveland Cavaliers, 2018), Jaylen Johnson (Chicago Bulls, 2018), Mangok Mathiang (Charlotte Hornets, 2017) and Damion Lee (Atlanta Hawks/Golden State Warriors, 2017).
