Cards Fall 4-0 at Miami

CORAL GABLES, FLA. – The University of Louisville women's tennis team fell 4-0 to Miami Sunday afternoon Neil Schiff Tennis Center. The Cardinals drop to 8-5 overall and 1-4 in Atlantic Coast Conference play.
UofL got down early in doubles action, dropping matches on Courts 1 and 3 to give the doubles point to the Hurricanes.
Turning the page to singles action, the Cards were unable to gain momentum as Elena Noguero lost 6-4, 6-3 on Court 3 and No.115 Alice Otis fell 6-2, 6-3 to Alexa Noel on Court 1.
Miami clinched the match on Court 2 as Jaquelyn Ogunwale defeated Lika Peresypkina 6-4, 6-3 to secure the 4-0 win.
Louisville will return home Friday for one match as they take on Butler with first serve slated for 12 p.m. ET.
