Carver-Ritter Named to For Stars Network Spring 2025 Athlete Watchlist

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville's Claire Carver-Ritter has been named to the For Stars Network Spring 2025 Athlete Watchlist as announced by the organization today.

The list includes rowers and coxswains in Division 1 Women's Rowing with 93 Division 1 teams, 163 athletes honored on the list, and 29 athletes in the ACC. Athletes from each team have been selected as athletes "on the rise" in the program. These athletes on the watch list have demonstrated and qualified their placement through their race results, erg times, improvement within their team, positive trajectory in talent and skill since last season and this past fall semester, research of the program and athlete over a one-year period.

Carver-Ritter, a junior from Asheville, N.C., was a 2024 All-ACC second team selection. The two-year team co-captain was also named to the 2024 ACC Preseason Watchlist.

The Cardinals will open the 2025 season March 15-16 when they host the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational.
